Me and my partner have initialized "Gnanyog Academy" at Dabhoda from 25th June, 2016. Resigning job as an English teacher, I've been teaching in my Gnanyog Academy in Dabhoda. Settling any business demands 1 or 2 years. But observing the circumstances in Dabhoda, it's too difficult to find even the students who have got over 70% in any standard from 5 to 12.
No doubt we've the students who have obtained over 80%. There are 45 students in our Gnanyog Academy. And all students in our Gnanyog Academy haven't got over 80%. Dabhoda is a very big village, but at education level it is one of the most backward villages. Sometimes I feel I've made a big mistake. Then wonder to spare time for it. After all, "Rome was not built in one day." Everyday we call and try to find the new students who have even got 60%. But it's in vain.
Though nearly 25-30 students of std -10 visited our Gnanyog Academy. But we take an entrance test of the students. And those students couldn't solve simple questions which can be easily solved by std 7 students. I still remember, one student even didn't know even 10 spellings. We are never on leave. Monday to Saturday is coaching and on Sunday we conduct an examination. So, we are working hard for the future of students and ours. If we succeed, it'll be God's bless. And if we fail, it'll be a lesson & experience remain with me forever.
After all, "No pain, No gain."
